Halloween / McCall

Happy Halloween.  This year my family finally agreed on a theme, well almost everybody. We had Han Solo, Princess Leia, Darth Vader (without the mask), Obi-Wan Kanobi, Yoda and R2-D2. Dean would not wear his Ewok costume so he went as himself.....he is cute so we let him!

I finally downloaded my pictures, so here are a few from our family reunion in McCall!

McCall!

I've been trying (very slowly, it seems) to catch up on my summer blogging. Today's task was McCall. I went through my pictures and there were plenty that I thought were fun of the extended family that I didn't post on my blog but decided to post here for your enjoyment. It's fun to look back!

Happy Spring!

We have had a fun spring an I thought I would share a few photos of what we have been up to.
After I took this picture and looked at it, it really hit me that I have FOUR boys!
Jane turned 4! She wanted a princess cake and this was the best I could do.  I prefer the boys requests of ninja turtles and football cakes - much easier!
Thanks to everyone for coming to Dean's blessing.  It was a great day and I am glad so many of you were able to come.
Dean is starting to sit on his own. He is still tipsy but is getting big too fast!
We met up with the Pavias one day during our spring break.
We had a good time at grandma S's birthday bash.  Thanks to grandma Matthews for putting on such an awesome egg hunt.  I think these two are saying "happy Easter".

The boys got giant peanut butter cups in their Easter baskets.  One whole pound of peanut buttery, chocolate goodness!

Happy Halloween

Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for coming and making these fun haunted Halloween Houses!
For Halloween this year we had a mummy, a zombie football player, Jesse from Toy Story and Thomas who broke out of jail.

Here are a few pictures from our fun day at the zoo together last month.

Caroline

Here are some pictures of our sweet Caroline (as James keeps singing - thank you Neil Diamond):

She is really loved by her big brothers.  James likes to hold her and snuggle with her like this:

Timothy just grins as he holds her.  He will hold her for about 10 seconds then promptly begins to throw her back to me.

Caroline so far has been a really good baby.  She sleeps well at night, is tolerant of her affectionate brothers, and loves to be snuggled.  We have enjoyed her first week of life, but I am now a little terrified now that Mom has gone home!
